Well yeah. Thankfully the university campus here is pretty huge and there are over 20,000 students. Not a huge chance of two girls I've hit on to actually know each other! Either way, is good to be respectful, since you want to showcase your attitude and interest on her character as a whole. It's hard to explain, but you need to convey you are somewhat selecting her out from the others, not only desperately trying to find a way to vent your sexual needs. Maybe that is why a lot of people think that ignoring girls actually works on getting them attracted? It could mean to her you are not totally open to her before knowing her better, perhaps...
