Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Microsoft Planning To Stream Xbox 360 and Xbox One Games to Windows PCs

If you have an XBO, why would you stream it to your pc? Serious question, why not just play it normally?

Why stream ps4 games to Vita when you have a ps4?

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

So to play Halo MCC, I'd have to get a sub to Microsoft. Still not worth it for one series. Oh, wait it says you still need a Xbox. That still doesn't help me.

I guess they're showing they're leaving the console market.

Bet with Xander XT:

I can beat more games on his 3DS than he can on my PSVita in a month. Loser has to buy the winner a game on his/her handheld Guess who won? http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=193531

Me!

Oh so you have to buy the console first then? No thanks lolll

Bye bye XBox.

Why not just offer streaming service directly to PC without having to use the X1? I have an X1 but if I didn't, this would not persuade me to buy it just to play on PC.

You have to own a Xbox to do this from the looks of it.  Im curious if either one of you all said something similar when it came to PlayStation Now?

Yes, I wonder the very same thing.

I don't see the point.
