As long as software is selling great, doesn't matter if exclusive or not. Games are games anyhow.

On Microsoft and Sony systems people don't discriminate against 3rd party software. All the platform royalties are important for financial sakes too

Yea the X1 library situation isn't too good on the retail side. The X1 library is really a facade. Because games like Dead Rising 3 and Titanfall were REALLY supposed to be on other consoles. I'm not too sure about Ryse though.

But this generation as a whole is doing HORRIBLE right now. You buy next gen consoles to experience next gen games. So in my PS4's case, I'm only looking for games that are NEXT GEN! If a game is on PS4 AND on PS3, then I probably will avoid getting it on PS4 because it is a last gen game at the end of the day. I dont want to play a bunch of PS3 games on my PS4. I didn't buy a PS3 to play a bunch of PS2 games or a PS2 to play a bunch of PS1 games back then either.

The only game I plan on picking up on PS4 for the rest of the year is Driveclub. I want to support The Evil Within PS4 but the shit is on PS3 so I might get the ps3 version. LBP3 is also on PS3. The Last Of Us remake doesn't count because it is a remake.

On X1, I only see Sunset Overdrive and Forza Horizon. I can already see that Forza is about to become stale REAL quick. They JUST released a Forza game like 10-11 months ago but at the end of the day, it still counts since it's still a next gen game. Master Chief collection doesn't count because it's a remake.

We have all these multiplat games on the horizon but they are all nothing but last gen games.

Luckily though, we have games like Tekken 7, Silent Hills, Evolve, Uncharted 4, Halo 5, Final Fantasy 15, Kingdom Hearts 3, etc to bring in that TRUE and FRESH NEXT-GEN breath of air we really need and makes us say " These are the games I spent $400-$500 on a new console for"

People complained about last gen but this new 8th gen is moving at a HORRIFICALLY slower pace. They need to hurry it up and get the next gen train rolling

What we need is a new word that means not on Playstation. 

That's not surprising. It will get more exclusives in the top 10 once the big exclusives release.

Looks to me PS4 is even worse. The top exclusive comes in at number 5. Even with the definition of exclusive defined by the original poster the PS4 has 4 and one of them is a port from a game last year on the PS3. Seeing this list it does amaze me that the PS4 has outsold the Xbox One nearly 2 to 1 so far.
