In fairness, there is an even greater number of posters around here who do the same thing with negative Xbox happenings. This guy is just keeping the blance!

Launch week.. yay...

If you see the numbers, it just proves that it was a lackluster launch.
XB1 needs more decent sales next week, or this ends up being a weak launch for those EU countries and Japan.

I would expect as much as stores supply themselves. The real test will be the following weeks.

Pretty much everyone predicted that it would outsell the ps4 this week.
Personally, I thought it would outsell it by a lot more than it did, after seeing the actual numbers, I seriously doubt next week has a chance of being on top, and more-so, little to no chance of taking september overall.

A little sad that it takes an exclusive madden bundle and a tier2 launch just to pull along side PS4, that's assuming adjustments don't happen and nullify the thread entirely.

Dont want to kill the hype but remember last time there was only one week where the One was at the top before that, it was the Titanfall launch week, there was a lot of thread like yours, but after few months, adjustments showed that it was an error and PS4 was at the top even for that week...

Just to say, no need to be excited about being at the top or not when it's more than likely that PS4 is undertracked as usual. Should more talk about the numbers X1 did for this second launch and the futur baseline

Well, it still did make the Xbox One #1 of last week's charts. And that didn't happen too often, so no wonder enthusiasts are glad, there's nothing wrong with that.

wait till adjustments,even with inflated launch numbers,they still look bad,also ppl were holding out the week before destinys launch and waited for the white bundle instead of picking up a black.... baseline will add maybe a 5-10k more a week average

The battle has begun! A 24k launch week is something not even the creators of the console themselves will harp upon. Congrats to MS though.

I'm excited to see if it'll displace the 360 as the best selling MS console in Japan by doing give or take 1k a week.
