77 a bad score? Nope. I think people expected a high score for this game due to the hype. Thats whats going on. Its like if ND made a game that was a 77 on Meta. It looks bad. Another would be a Zelda or 3D Mario game getting a 77. Not a bad score but just had high expectations i suppose. Just imagine a GTA game get a 80. It be doom. Jesus

You're right. I also think that, in this generation, games will be scored more harshly because it will basically be more of the same.

I guess it's more to do with the incredible leap of logic you pulled off here. 

That leap of logic probably will be the case, it has almost become standard and I dislike it very much.  I really don't see what this has to do with bashing Sony though, I was very critical about xbox one last week in the Xbox empire thread something I never did for PS4 and the only threads where I complained about sony was in some past Japan sales threads because the attitude of Sony 'just release the console and third parties will make games' bothered me..

And obviously if lots of reviewers are giving it below 8, then there are lots of wrong things in the game. Its not just something you find in the comments or threads. These reviewers are professional - he probably only read the score not the entire thing.

Well I agree that a 6 is way too low for a game with such great core gameplay mechanics, clean graphics and scale, but an 8 is a great/very good game in my books and I could argue about that.
