Microsoft will save Vita
I will give MS the benefit of doubt, since I am indifferent to Minecarft. It will be interesting how this will play out.

If MS plays this right it can wipe out a great deal of the negative publicity they got for their XBONE fuckup. It can also guarantee that Minecraft show up on Windows Phones if MS wants. Minecraft is more than 'just a game' it's a massive community. MS has been increasingly irrelevant in peoples mindshare. This can change that momentum.
Though I still have zero plans of buying an XBONE.

It's not like their buyout changed anything. Minecraft will still be coming to every machine in existance and they could've easily packaged Minecraft with every MS Phone/XBox for free for MUCH less money.

OT: I guess Minecraft will still on the other platforms BUT Minecraft 2 will be an Xbox exclusive. Don't kid yourselves. Besides, Microsoft would be the idiots of the universe if they didn't make Minecraft 2 an Xbox Exclusive.
Mojang is probably SECRETLY working on Minecraft 2 as we speak..
