So recently i saw this video from ign where they said if you pre order cod advanced warfare day zero edition digitally you get early access to the game by a full day so i'm just saying if devs do this like maybe if costumers pre order a game digitally they get ealy access to the full game by a week promting consumers to buy the digital version instead of maybe let's say used but this is just my opinion

That setup only works for games that will be bought in droves anyways. Question is how to push smaller dev games.

they could reduce the price on them as they don't have to pay for production (make the disc), packaging and shipping. Pre-orders... I don't think will do much.

How about making digital versions less since you don't have to ship, manufacture, or pay a retailer? $50 digital releases of $60 retail games wouldn't go amiss and would drive sales towards the cheaper option.

when most countries internet is good enough to justify downloading 30+ gig games as opposed to just buying a hard copy. that is when digital download sales will increase.

Reduce the price of digital games....even if it's by $5.00

Stop. Just stop. I don't want them to rise. It will be one step closer to all digital future.
