Why casuals bough wii u to play just dance and now they would not buy them on wii u.

Activision is not first party so why you blame Nintendo ,Isn't Splatoon  a new IP and it's look very original but i doubt it will save wii u

Do you think Nintendo pay Activision to have The voice game?

For me Nintendo need to release a powerfull but innovative consoles so they can attract 3rd party and hardcore gamers without that i see any way to Nintendo to compete with Sony consoles.

Having The voice is better then nothing

Do casuals buy the Wii U just to play Just Dance? Or do they just get the game because it comes out?

Because Nintendo decides what is on their consoles. Splatoon could very well be a breakout success, even if it doesn't sell systems. I doubt people are lining up to get Wii U's for The Voice. The difference is one game leaves the Wii U with some integrity. The Voice isn't going to save the Wii U either.

I already addressed this, money band aid.

For me, Nintendo needs to offer games you can't find on the other systems that I don't know... GAMERS actually want. They have taken large steps already with Bayo 1 and 2, The Devil's Third, Hyrule Warriors, ect. But notice how easily gamers dismiss that and go back to "it's a system for casual games". This combined with the Ubisoft statement is pretty damaging to Nintendo.

Having The Voice is a HUGE step in the wrong direction of getting back into a competitive race with Sony and M$. It's even a HUGE step in the wrong direction to getting back in good with gamers. I understand it's about the money. It's a business, blah, blah, blah, but really what it means is a first step for Nintendo going into the next gen with the same stigma.

Some  of them buy a wii for Just dance, like every games the majority buy the games because they have a console not the other way.
People will not stop buying a consoles just because it have some bad games ps2 has also have a lot of bad games i don't even know why you think The voice will be a bad games

None of the games you montion will save the consoles and i don't think The voice will save wii u.

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

That is cringe worthy.

This is all a big joke. Practically everything in this topic. Myself included, for even humoring the joke with a response. lol

For casuals gamers it is not a stupid game, people always prefer third party on ps/xb that's why 3rd party don't support the wii u.

Part 1: Casuals won't mind buying it on their phones or tablets either.

Part 2: And that's why I said Nintendo needs to do something drastic and aquire new talent, or expand and make new IP's with a new division. Who knows, maybe even branch out west.

Let me ask you, do you believe The Voice is a great idea, and good for the Nintendo brand as a whole? A key to the future Nintendo should pursue?

Hmm... Why the hell do you treat this game as if it was a Nintendo 1st party game? Why should Activision care if this game is good for Nintendo? The single only goal this game has to fulfill is earn money to Activision. That's all. It's not a Nintendo game. Why the hell should Activision care what key to the future Nintendo should pursue? That's Nintendo's problem, stop twisting things around and putting the burden of doing it on 3rd parties. It's not their business or responsibility. The are here only to earn money.

Well what is stopping Nintendo now from getting new talent and making different games? Is it really Activision releasing "The Voice", which will only earn Nintendo extra money and help dust off the Wii Us? Seriously dude, stop blaming 3rd parties for Nintendo's mistakes and failures.

Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!

My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/

My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.

I'm sure some will. Just like there are people out there who would buy consoles for Hello Kitty Racers, but will it be enough to justify the stigma that comes with these games? And of course the PS2 could have all the crappy games in the World, it came after the PS1. Just like the Super Nintendo had a bunch of shit games, but came after the NES. What the impression gamers get from this gen WILL carry over to the next.

Do I believe any of the games I mentioned will save the Wii U? No. What it will do is make the Wii U end profitable, and leave the impression that those games are the experiences Nintendo are trying to provide. Then next gen, they continue that trend, and when gamers see the system isn't loaded down with bullshit and it creates hype. Now I'm not saying never have a casual game, but for every casual, they need to work into their contract a core game. flood the market with quality and people notice.

They shouldn't. Activision should make all the shit games in the World and try to push them on Nintendo, it makes perfect sense. Nintendo should tell them they aren't interested in their crap games though. Miyamoto would be happy to! Or tell them sure, you can put this crap on my system, but you owe us a core game that has actual effort put into it.

What's stopping Nintendo from doing it is Iwata shutting himself inside this Nintendo bubble thinking anything that makes a profit is good for the company. He isn't going to take risks if there is no need to.

Last, I don't blame the devs at all. I blame Nintendo for letting devs put shit on their consoles.
