What's with the 4GB of VRAM? Are all the textures in bitmap?

I love that the recommended specs are for 4K. Completely absurd, but I still like it

I'll be picking it up when it's under £10 as a tech demo, but 4k is far beyond my capabilities at the moment (though it is an ambition)
