I never said LBP is indie.

No, theya re AAA games from AAA devs, with the budget and production values to go with it.

LBP3 is not AAA. Never was, nor the first or second one.

HUH??? How? yes it is. By that then Mario is not AAA?? LBP is the budget production values and is made by an AAA publisher and developer. it is AAA, these posts make zero sense.

And are those games voiced by proper voice-actors and translated in MANY languages? I do know translating a japanese game to english costs a lot, I imagine LBP costs are above the million mark since the voice-acting is movie quality, at least in my language and in english.

Movie quality voice-acting has something to do with money, but not entirely.

Alone in the Dark (that 2008 version) has movie quality voice-acting in Spanish (because the English version just simply sucks), and yet that one isn't AAA either. I'd say people just did a good job with the voices there.

I mean, Kiefer Sutherland surely cost a lot of money, but I didn't find his voice in Ground Zeroes to be movie-quality. Everything depends.

Little Big Planet isn't AAA.

Yoshida Doesn't Understand Gamers Who Only Want AAA Games

Yoshida himself doesn't consider LBP to be AAA. He also don't consider it an indie game, but I never said LBP was indie.

AAA "enjoyments". That is new or maybe am seeing it for the first time. Interested in LBP3 for PS3.

?? Nowhere there did he say LBP was NOT AAA he was talking about indies, not LBP..some mental gymnastics here... LBP takes years, a first party AAA developer and publisher to make, and it has AAA production values. It is as AAA adn any other game, I guess mario is not AAA right? You don;t even know what AAA is.

The reason that article exists is because of Sony supporting games like LBP. I suggest you read it again.

Anyway, from Media Molecule's own record:

The studio's first game was the PlayStation 3 title LittleBigPlanet, which was announced and demonstrated at the Game Developers Conference 2007. The plan was always to produce a chart-topping game, but to keep the size of the company as small as possible so as to keep a tight rein on costs.

They didn't have AAA budget.

I might get "Little Big Planet 3" - the rest are a pass for me. I mostly play my Wii U for exclusives. PS4 is my multi-plat machine. That's not to say I won't be all over the new "Uncharted", though. Sony's exclusives just aren't as appealing to me. I going to wish I had an Xbone when "Sunset Overdrive" comes out.
