I checked the VGChartz Japan number for console like DreamCast, Sega Saturn, Nintendo 64 ect.. the VGChartz number is Middle Media Create and Famitsu, agree?

Ok... i checked the firsts 30 week of all console... after, i have seen the PS4 number.

After 30 week sales:

Wii=2,800,000

DS=2,400,000

3DS=1,800,000

Nintendo 64=1,800,000

SNES=1,700,000

PSP=1,500,000

WiiU= 960,000

PS3= 950,000

Saturn= 900,000

GameBoy=850,000

PSVita= 800,000

Dreamcast=750,000

...

PS4=700,000

360=150,000

Fuck, ok the "no games" but come on, less than the DreamCast. THE DREAMCAST!!!

Can Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Resident Evil, Persona and the team save PS4 by the abyss?

Yeah console gaming is sorta dying/dead right now in Japan.

It's time to accept that Japan is dead.

It's not doing particularly well, no. Though it's worth pointing out other systems had a holiday season in their as well.

Also changing the title due to it being rather provocative right now.

Well ps4 can't win all the markets, not to mention it's selling very well in the important markets. that being said, let see how it perform next year when the japanesse centric games get released.

Not exactly a fair comparison since most of those consoles had their first Christmas in those first 30 weeks. PS4 hasn't had its first Christmas (in Japan) yet.

It's not doing good and the "future Japanese games" won't help it, much.

Where's the PS2? I wanted to look at it's numbers and make a snarky comment like, "How the mighty have fallen," but you didn't include it! What am I supposed to do now?
