Just thought I would throw this out there. Unless this company is completely stupid this is a lie. You would only hold a midnight launch if pre orders call for something like this. I have 2 GameStops within a mile of each other and there are times when only one of the stores has a midnight launch because there wasn't enough pre orders at the other to merit one.

halo 5 will sell 10 million copies(including digital)
x1 will pass ps4 in USA, and UK.

Well its moring now so I am looking for coverage of the launch lines and what not. Also, it was number 9 on Amazon JP a little while ago so it went down on launch day? Maybe Amazon isn't a good example. That being said, we know what the PS4 is doing on a weekly basis. So I think this makes it difficult to figure out if they are really having a good launch. Being ranked higher than the PS4 doesn't really tell us much, unless anything over 6k is a good launch.
XB1 should be around 30k at least, anything around 10 - 20k isn't that great for Xbox in Japan standards!

Oh, I'm sure it will do fine, but comparing it to the PS4's current sales isn't flattering to the Xbox One launch. :)
Like I said, its morning over there now so shops are opening up and we should begin to see the lines. This is what I meant. I assume most of these folks already have a preorder.
Remember when they really cared about Japan, releasing big exclusive games, it's why 360 sold so much compared to first xbox, and why X1 will be lucky to achieve even half of 1,6M LFT with no game
