Watch Dogs Wii U is not cancelled I guess. But could they at least tell us what month it's releasing. Anyways, back on topic.

I think it will sell more than people think. No no not a million seller but good sales for 3rd party on Wii U. Most of Wii U's notible 3rd party games sell 100k-300k. Then again. It's only Wii U's 2nd year so most of them could be at 200k-400k.

I predict that lifetime it will sell around 500k. Most of the people reading this are probably pissed that the number is so high. But remember, the Wii U will be out until 2018-2019. I think by the end of 2014, it will sell 250k. That gives it around 4 years to sell 250k more.

I may be wrong... maybe I might over predict it by 300k but who knows. That's my prediction, what's yours?

EDIT: To the people saying only 100k, it will sell more than that in 2014 alone. Especially since preorders are 33k in the US and will have at least 45k preorders in the US by the time launch comes. And Launch week numbers will be at least 55k. And then holiday boost will have it above 100k. If both AC3 and AC4 and CoD Black Ops 2 and CoD Ghosts could sell over 100k in its first holiday period. So can Watch Dogs.

Any potential this game had to flourish on the Wii U has been destroyed.

Late port that won't have the same graphic fidelity as PS4 and Xbox One.
Also all previous iterations of this game will likely have a price drop and the Wii U version will be full price.
If it had have been released at the same time as the others, when the game was hyped, it could have also ridden on the success of Mario Kart 8.
Because why not get a hyped game like Watch Dogs with another hyped game Mario Kart 8?

This would have given Watch Dogs a much better Wii U release and would have boosted Wii U sales to a lesser degree of Mario Kart 8. Together they could have made a stellar release.

I had a copy of Watch Dogs on pre-order for the Wii U.
Once the game was released and the initial hype died off, as well as the reviews of the game being mostly average - I decided to cancel the pre-order for the game. Other people probably did the same thing.
I am a student so I have to be more picky with my game purchases, I do not want to buy a game that is merely 'okay'. Okay is good if you have the money to blow and have a why-not attitude.

Honestly I do not see Watch Dogs taking off for the Wii U.
It should also be taken into account those who could not be bothered waiting and would have simply decided to get it on another platform instead.

I will be surprised if this game does well on the Wii U platform. This can be said to be Ubisoft's fault easily.
However the reason why Assassin's Creed or Call of Duty have not sold well on the Wii U platform is baffling (not so much COD: Ghosts as that was announced at the last minute).

230k. No real reason behind my answer, just doubt it'll push any decent numbers.

200-300k.

Will take it a long time with price drops just to get to 200k but i think it makes it.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

200k cause I doubt many people that have a wiiU at this point is waiting for it
