Well, Microsoft/Xbox has finally released a nearly complete list of the release dates for most Tier 2 countries, as follows:

• 9/2:  Chile and Colombia
• 9/4:  Japan
• 9/5:  Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates
• 9/15:  Israel
• 9/23: Hong Kong, India, Korea, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan
• 9/23:  China
• 9/26:  Russia
• N/A: Argentina

A-ha!!! Finally MS gave itself away! Belgium doesn't exist, so if XBOne launches in an inexistent country, it's inexistent too!

I thought they were going to release at the same time. Then I se the boost for each of those individual releases to be insignificant. Since they will only have a first week boost from each area, its going to look like the baseline increased by about 5k a week, then its back to 50k a week.

Really? Those boosts will end October. U really think it will only sell 50 k a week in October. Firstly it won't sell less than 50k a week the rest of the year, and second I'd guess japan alone will do 50k fw.

I know that a bunch of games are coming and they will boost sales, but I mean boost from the regions alone wont be that much, short lived one week only boost then like 500 consoles per region at most to the baseline. The games will be the same thing, one week boost then dead sales. Once everithing is said and done on january, I expect the sales to be under 40k again.
