Forums - Gaming Discussion - Sony Press Conference 17 September '14: Annihilation is coming, again!

What! Sony is planning to showcase new games, again, on the 17th of September. It is the real Tokyo Game Show press conference so expect some high budget games that will not only appeal to the Japanese market, but to the Western as well.

On this one we'll probably get to see a lot of games made by Sony themselves like the highly anticipated Gravity Rush and Soul Sacrifice sequels. The Last Guardian? A man may dream right?

What do you expect to see during the next show?

I don't think they're announcing anything at this one.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

a lot of teases at their conference. At least we'll be able to see lots of gameplay this time around at TGS,looking forward to that

SCEJA President Atsushi Morita announced it at the event but he didn't want to give more details. He said (translated) that there is still much more to showcase

Well, as there weren't any Sony Worldwide studios games I think this one will be dedicated to Sony. Japan Studios is definitely going to showcase a game or two while we'll perhaps get some more info on GT7. Then there are the real heavy hitters (AAA) from various studios that will perhaps have some announcements. FF Type-0, XV, KH3, Tekken 7 etc.

Makes sense. There was a conspicuous lack of any new SCE games.

This, only the Japan Studio's collaborations, nothing internal. Which was very surprising considering their last year GR tease for example.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!
