It will still do very well, One Piece demonstrated that already. And don't forget DQ is a much bigger IP.

The trailer on the S-E channel only says PS3 and PS4 so I think we can assume it's only on those platforms for now.
This should help PS4 a lot in Japan. Especially with that limited edition console.
