During Sony’s pre-Tokyo Game Show press conference which is currently being held in Japan the publisher announced a release date for Bloodborne by Sony Japan Studio and From Software.

The release date for the terrifying spiritual successor of the Souls series has been revealed as February 5th.

A special edition will also be released, including a soundtrack and an artbook. Pre-orders will open from today at 5 PM, even if it wasn’t specified if this is just for the Japanese market.

The Order has enough going against it and now it has to release against one of the PS4's most anticipated games? I mean I'm happy I get to play Bloodborne in a few months I feel bad for The Order. At least delay it to March.

So Sony weren't kidding when they said in the next 6 months, I thought they meant it in a more liberal way, as in: all those games will release before March 31st.
