Just doing a non-scientific study on the general makeup up people on these forums.  I don't expect any correlations...but it will certainly be interesting to see the results.  I only hope there are enough poll options to get a gist for the answers.

Poll might be awkward if you're a Buddhist or you're a Polytheist.

Fair enough...as you can tell there would be a hundred options to do this poll correctly, including people who actually like all four platforms equally or love Sony/Nintendo, etc.  Generally speaking it's a pretty easy answer for most people on both fronts.  Even those who are agnostic will still sometimes put atheist since it better represents their values than having a belief in God, or vice versa.  I more than understand how flawed the poll is and I definitely don't mean any offense by it, particularly by exclusion of a belief.  However, given the limited number of options in the poll I made do with what I had.  Choosing "Decline to participate" surely counts as a vote for someone who thinks the poll is flawed by inherent bias or poor structure.

And in some ways...I like the way the poll is structured because in a backward way we might actually find out what the percentage is on this site of people that prefer each console.  For some reason people feel more inclined to be truthful when a more core belief is in question.
