Whoops. I made the mistake of using the word remake in my last thread. What I meant was a 3rd version for Pokemon X/Y, which would fix the issues those games had just like for example Platinum did. This would include the 3D effect, frame drops, and more extra features. I don't see why they'd release this 3rd version for the normal 3DS.

I hope not, it was already a dick move to have exclusives for this "new" 3ds and I sure hope so Pokemon won't be one of them.

I wish, but no. It takes GF forever to go onto new devices, usually 2-3yrs. You'll probably see New 3DS Pokemon Spin-offs but thats it. Sucks because I want a main series Pokemon game with a camera I can control rather than PS1 fixed camera angles :/ Oh well...

No. Pokemon will always be accessible on the lowest common console, so the 3DS has to support it.

What you will have is updated functionality like with BW2.

i bet after the next pokemon games after the gen 3 remakes will have some kind of exclusive functions with the new 3DS like Black and White had with the DSI and maybe perform a bit better due to the power of the new 3DS but there is no way Nintendo will make pokemon games at the least main one's exclusive to the new 3DS.

I think it will be compatible with original 3DS systems, but will have exclusive features for New 3DS users. It may be optimized to run more smoothly on New 3DS, but I would prefer they got it running smoothly on the original consoles.
