Its the god damn pad.

I played Super mario bros u and hated it, Pikmen was ok but now playing Kart and Zombie U i hate em.  Are all these games bad... Is it the games, nope its the damn weirdo controler its freaking awful.  I can't stand playing with the freaking pad especially after putting in serious time with the DS4.  I cant imagine handing that weird bulky thing over to anyone and them really enjoying playing with it, this thing seriosuly is the one true failure of the wiiu that can easily be rectified and doing so might even benefit the console with a new cheapest sku.

No doubt in my mind people would like the wiiu better and it would sale better if they made a pad less sku.  Even as a companion console to the PS4 or PC this things sales potential is hampred by a single decision that clearly did not pan out by can and should be recified asap. 

Ill have to buy a 3rd party add on and hopefully ican use my Ds4 to play U games, casue for now i refuse to buy a ninty controller. Extra 50 from me for this fak up they aint getting.  Seriously they went after hardcore gamers with that pad thing... wtf were they thinking.  

I think the pad is preety good. Sure it is horrible for fast paced games such as COD and so on, but for platformers and slow paced games I like it alot.

I think the pad feels perfect in the hands. It's features are completely underused though of course

dude the pad is awesome. I love it, being able to play monster hunter offscreen with an internet connection, mic, and speaker is why I clocked in over 400 hours on it. Don't know what people are smokin

The DS3 feels like it is going to break at my hand, too little.

I think it's awesome. When I used it was surprisingly light and comfortable.

I think a Padless SKU would be a good idea. Then sell the pad as an accessory and bundle in downloads of the games that really show the pad off. Would allow a price cut without taking a hit on profitability to get more units out there and keep the pad available to those who to play the games that actually utilise it.

Why don't you grab yourself one of these? Practically all the games you mention (including Zombie U) work with it.

Its the only thing its good for, gaming of screen.  But i dodnt blow 2k on a tv to play on a mediocre cmall screen.  Most console gamer you lnow game ona  big screen tv.  

I'm sure nintedophies will say its so great so this that they love its whatever.  

But its just will not work for most that are used to the PS or Xbox controller, its just wrong.  Why not give people a damn option to buy a Wiiu with a normal controller ???

Exactly give people an option and hopefully it could benefit them to. 

As i said i refuse to give em extra $$$.
