This is ridiculous lol. I'm not against the new model, but making exclusive games for it is bs. It only took Nintendo 3 years to render all the other models useless.

Agreed... I didn't buy my 3DS recently (i got both the original and XL at their respective launches), but this is some serious bullshit. They've already been struggling to adequately support both the 3DS and WiiU, and now they want to split their resources even further by creating a fringe product?

Nintendo have always made the best handhelds (to me anyway), but they can honestly go fuck themselves on this one.

Do people really think that all future games won't work on old 3DS models? Talk about being daft, most games will work and only a few games will at most will require the new CPU, those few games are essentially the main feature of the new model.

This better come to Europe.

Never actually got Xenoblade for the Wii after being on the fence for so long, so this will be a must buy on the New Nintendo 3DS XL.

I got the oringinal... the XL, and THEN the X and Y red one...... So I look like a massive idiot right now, LOL.
