When it first came out, I saw an article about Nintendo of Europe, i think, saying that they ran out of stock ( codes thats what they mean of course). I updates Mario Kart 8 today and got the new Mercedes cars :D Anyways, I played an hour online and I was surprised to see the number of people using colored Yoshis and Shy Guys. The colored Yoshi/Shy Guys can only be unlocked if u pre-order both DLC packs. The thing is, they havent even showed any of the courses or the vehicles, with the exception of Blue falcon. The Link one is like 3 months away and the Animal Crossing is like 8 MONTHS AWAY!!! I think thats a prove that DLCs do sell good on Nintendo consoles. There are no 3rd party games, so cant complain about DLCs, LOL!

I do hate the number of Mercedes each game seems to have though cause its like everyone is using it. It may as well be called Mercedes Kart atm

Probably just for a few days or weeks.

Most people will get bored of them soon.

with the price Nintendo is charging, is not a surprise

 Same thing will happen when the DLCs come out.... I AM GOING TO MAKE LINK GO BACK TO EPONA! :P maybe the villager too. Not really big of a fan to Cat and Racoon Peach and Mario. They look good, but would have prefered other characters.

Now all we can do is hope they get ADVERTISED DURING HOLIDAY SEASON OR ELSE!!!!!!
