Not that that's a similar scenario but you would have lost that bet. We know WiiU is overtracked worldwide as of the last shipment update. All this undertracking in Germany means is that it's even more likely than before that WiiU is overtracked in the rest of Europe.


Where is it overtracked though? France its ontrack exactly (got may numbers aligning with each other). UK numbers definitely can be over by 30k-80k imo. Dont kno where else.

Also wats the numbers for ship vs sold for end of june?

Exactly. You don't know because we have only got numbers from very very few countries...

6.68m shipped vs. 6.55m sold or ~130k on shelves (just over 2 weeks). Not likely at all.

He didn't... There was a rumour that a MS rep said X1 north of 5M and PS4 over 9M.


I dont think Microsoft has given us sold numbers even once this generation for obvious reasons. So the logical conclusion is that 5m number was shipped consoles, not sold to consumers, wich is what NPD, media create and VGC track.

They gave numbers up to end 2013. But yes they didn't got 5M sold through, Just shipped.

Well I have already gone over the WiiU numbers in another thread with you 

As for PS4, Sony announced 10m+ as of August 10 and we have it as 9.75m as of August 9. Still at least 250k undertracked
