The number one thing I think we NEED to see in Pokken Tournament is customizable moves. A big draw of Pokemon is that no two Pikachu are alike. No two Charizard are alike. I'd understand the reasons behind not doing this, but it could create some amazing matches. Now I don't think that literally every move should be customizable, but it could be kind of like smash. There is a core moveset, and then there are moves you can tweak, only these should be interchangable between Pokemon.

What I mean is that say you teach your Lucario Psychic which lifts your opponent in the air for a short moment before slamming them down. That same move can be learned by say Mewtwo and Medicham as well. The button imput is the same and the effect remains the same for that move. So say you want to start maining Mewtwo now because he can teleport, you can still teach him that move and use it exactly the way you learned. Say these customizable moves were limited to just four. Now you've got your strategy.

I also think the roster needs to be really hefty. At least 40 characters.

A decent roster is pretty much all I really want! Heracross, Breloom and others MUST appear in Pokken Tournament, or else...

But we don't have one to specifically discuss possible features in mechanics. Like how very not "Tekken" this game looks. It looks much more like Street Fighter than Tekken, minus the 3D.

Looks like every fighter that comes out of Japan is 3D nowadays, which pretty much throws depth out the window.

A very extensive roster is probably my most wanted feature.

There are 600+ Pokémon so there should be at least 30 characters, but preferably 40-50+.

Also Goldeen better be playable.

Seeing Goldeen fight against Pokemon like Lucario and Blaziken would be very weird!
