Forums - General Discussion - When will America & Canada start being pro-consumer like other countries?

In the UK, Europe, & Australia as far as I know, they have laws that are pro-consumer. America & Canada, however, don't, as they can easily write laws like EULA for video games, music, movies, etc.

And more than just that, America & Canada just seems more for the corporations than the consumers, especially when they're trying to be rid of Net Neutrality for no damn reason. When are these countries &/or continents gonna grow up, & start thinking about us?
