So uh Infamous Second Son looks like a really good game but I don't have a ps4 and I want to play second son but there just isn't enough games that appeal to me on the console  to justify a 400$ purchase so if anyone knows how to play second without a ps4 thx!

In 10 years time you'll probably have enough good reasons to buy a PS4 anyways.

How To Play Second Son Without A PS4

1) Secure a game controller. Any game controller will do.
2) Boot up your computer!
3) Open your web browser!
4) Go to Google!
5) Google 'Let's Play Infamous Second Son.'
6) Select a Youtube-hosted link, likely any will do.
7) Widescreen the video.
8) Pick up your controller.

There is not any other way to play the game as it is an exclusive. 
There will not be any emulators for the current consoles anytime soon, so either buy a PS4 now or wait until more games and a pricedrop. 

1. Buy a PS4
2. Buy a copy of Second Son
3. Remote play it on your Vita.

I don't have a vita though 

Buy a PS3. Play Infamous 2, imagine better lighting and draw distance.
