The real fun starts next month guys. We will have Destiny (and it's associated PS4 bundles) hit the market, and we will also see once and for all if those "Tier 2" countries, including China, will make any noticeable difference for the XB1! Gonna have to stock up on popcorn for next month's comments! :)

China is a wild card. But if it has the potential of doing one heck of a difference.

I really doubt it will make any significant difference in sales...Chinese gamers can ALREADY buy an XB1 on the grey market, and it's not region locked (typically, they just buy the Hong Kong or Taiwanese versions of the console).  I don't think many people will buy the "official" Chinese version at all.  The other main problem is that PC gaming is huge over there, I don't see many gamers suddenly moving to consoles just because they made them "officially" available.

No. China consoles sales will be very poor, even 2/3 time less than jap consoles sales.

Region-locked consoles + Black market + Pc uber-domination + High price + censorship + hack  = No way in hell they will sell something in this country.
