"Only 57%"
lol, they make it sound like a bad thing... it pushed sales. I'd say it did alright.

You could also factually say that Hyrule Warriors sold 250% 150% better than Wind Waker HD did in Japan its first week in Japan
I predict NX launches in 2017 - not 2016
This game is set to be a hit, japan likes Dinasty Warriors. I am not worried at all about this title, it will do 1.5 - 2 million ww, no problem whatsoever.
Also, you are on fire today Spurgeoryan, I think this is the fourth thread you make in 1 or 2 hours.

I know, I edited 2 seconds later, cause I realized it was impossible. 1.5-2 million is the new prediction.

I take it they mean in the first week?
Anyway 57% is quite low for sell out rate in the first week in Japan, normally most bigger new games have a sell out rate of 80-100% at release according to Famitsu, looks like japanese retailers overestimated the demand.

Famitsu reported 60-80%, Media Create reported the ~60%. Famitsu had substantially (and rather oddly, as I usually see them lower) higher sales numbers for the title than Media Create.

Ok. Still my point stands, only selling 57% of first week stock is rather low for Japan.
