Well I would have never seen this coming. Kei Nishikori has always lingered at the top so for him to make a breakthrough like this at the US Open is astounding really. I did consider that a final for Marin Cilic would be on the cards too but of course a lot of the focus was on Raonic or Dimitrov to reach the finals. Nice to see that we have a great pool of talent in tennis pushing above their weight and challenging the dominant force of the top 3 of Djokovic, Federer and Nadal.

Oh man, Im so dissapointed I skipped watching the US Open this year. Cant believe that we are actually having a Grand Slam final without Nadal, Djokavic or Federer. Should be intresting to watch.
