There are so many. I do listen to the AC Black Flag album because it has a lot of good songs. Same with God of War Ascension.

God of War 3 - Brothers of Blood is the most epic of songs in a OST and game.
Ni No Kuni and The Last of Us Theme songs are very beautiful
Shogun 2 Soundtrack is also nice to listen, especially those Taiko drums
Fifa and Grand Theft Auto have always a nice compilation of a lot of great songs

As you can read I cannot choose. I listen to too much.

Wolfenstein 3D/Spear of Destiny, Doom, Final Fantasy X. I think there was also some more recent game with an excellent soundtrack but I just can't remember it.
