A comment I read quite a lot on the internet and I'd like someone to explain it to me, why does it make more sense for someone that already owns a PS4/X1 to buy a Wii U instead of a X1/PS4. Please keep in mind that I'm talking about the whole generation not just right now. Why will in let's say 4-5 years the Wii U be a better secondary system than the others?

Because you get two console with widely different games instead of two consoles where 95% of the library is the same.

I think that could be true. It offers something different than the other 2. I myself am no fan of Nintendo but I think having an X1/WiiU or PS4/WiiU combo makes more sense than PS4/X1. I only have one console at a time though. I think were I to have more than one I'd be consumed by gaming and that's not a good thing with a wife and 2 kids.

It simply is. You can't get Nintendo experiences on other platforms, after all.

Im tired of hearing this as well. PS4 owners second console will probably be Xbox One since the games PS4 owners like the most are Shooters. COD, BF, TLOU and Killzone are their highest selling games, what makes you think they want to play wii games? They would rather play Titan Fall, Halo, Gears, Quantum Break, Tomb Raider, Dead Rising 3.
