Anyone who has ever peeked into a Yoga/Zumba/aerobics class at a YMCA won't find this strange or oversexualizing at all. It's people who turn Samus into a sex symbol, not Nintendo.

As in, that's the clothes female boxers/athletic woman wear... But apparently that's too hard to comprehend *sigh*

Also, I would be complaining about Samus spine in that pic, and the left arm on the orange outfit. What the hell is wrong with that?

I don't think this article has much merit. The author made Samus fit his agenda. Personally, I still equate Samus with being a strong, resourceful and intelligent character. I'm not going to cry myself to sleep because she wears a workout set. I just saw someone wearing a similar cut outfit when I went jogging this morning. My wife has two or three different colored ones that are similar to it. Millions of women wear outfits like that everyday.

Dragon's Crown = unrealistic proportions(breasts), not Metroid. I probably know more women with large breasts than small ones.

And even then. When the armor is done really good. I'll find that sexy too. Am I still objectifying her then. When I can't even see her entire body? No I'm admiring her, that's it. Some people go overboard with sexiest remarks. YES, there are things are blatenly sexiest and pander to this. But does everything get messed up, no.

I don't mind it, I actually think her Bikini outfit (which is actually a sports outfit) makes more sense than the Zero Suit for fighting since it's common exercising attire. Though I personally would prefer if we went back to the original Prime Samus in the upcoming Metroid. We have so many oversexualized females (not saying Samus is, shes mild compared to some I could name) in games today seeing her like that again would be a breath of fresh air.

One thing I will complain about her Zero Suit Samus costume is her high heels. Why in the world is she wearing those? Seriously there is no logical point to them and plenty of logical reason why she shouldn't be wearing them ( especially to a fight of all things).

If there was a bikini Link, I'd main the heck out of him.

I actually thought of a logical reasoning to that. The jet boots. There's room in the Heel to have the thrusters and fuel. But that's it. Normally having heels on heroines breaks realism. I actually laugh when I see those "Boot" heels on Wonder Woman lol.

I don't think anyone would like to see Mario in a bikini!
