Read the title and thought "Must be America". Then I look at the article and, "Yep, I was right". Gotta love that, 'Merica, land of the free!

Didn't anyone ever tell you freedom don't come free, little girl? You want to say something that someone else doesn't like and you're not in power, you've got to pay the price for it like everyone else.

sorry it is how it works. its public not private property. not allowing or punishing godly speak as she put it is a form of discrimination, i am not talking just about her rules on the board, if she actually said not allowing godly speak in her class that is very discriminatory. The student has every right to stand up for themselves when it's an ongoing issue. Hopefully the principal has decided to step in and talk to the teacher about this now. |
Public property owned by the Government still has it's rules. Actually no, the teacher took the rule too far, but if anything If you're praying in the Middle of Class it can be Disruptive. Honestly the teacher could have had other issues with that Student. Who knows.
Students can do WHATEVER they want outside of Class. I don't agree with what the teacher did.
Religion should stay out of the Classroom, I don't blame the teacher also because Creation nonsense has plagued the Classroom spreading Ignorance.
