Please remember that sexism is not permitted on these forums in any way shape or form. Mods try to recognise that sometimes people word things poorly or say things they instantly regret, but it is not acceptable to make comments insulting to individuals or genders that are predominantly or in a major way motivated by judgements based on gender.

It is perfectly possible to debate issues relating to gender (particularly in the off-topic section) without being sexist in doing so.

This is generally fairly well understood throughout the forums by the vast majority of users, but after today I thought a reminder was prudent! Keep up the positive posting!

you should therefore properly define what sexism is so that people are informed on what they can post

edit: i suppose we all have our own ideas on what it is but since you're the mod we have to abide by your personal concept of what it is so therefore to be more accurate i'm asking for your own concept of what sexism is so members may use that as their guideline

Honestly, I may regret saying this to you, but I feel that you calling a large group of males "pervs" in no better than what some other people said in that particular thread (which I'm pretty sure this thread is referring to). While of course sexism should not be tolerated against women, sexist comments against men should be held to the same standard. I was personally slightly taken aback by that broad insult thrown over that thread, and I don't believe that that was a fair or level-headed thing to say...

Assuming we're referring to the same post, I commented that anyone and everyone inserting themselves unreasonably into the sex life of a woman (as in that instance, it was a woman) was being a perve. Though perhaps I should have used the term voyeur.
