Some of them do look pretty cool, but I wouldn't buy a Vita just for some indie games!

This.  Why buy indie games for the Vita when most will be $1-2 or less on a Steam sale months later.  Or those games have already been on a Steam sale.  Other than portability which most people don't use that aspect for the Vita, there's really no reason unless you want to waste money.

Edited but was already quoted.

I just finished off GTA:LCS on the Vita clocking in at 31hours of glorious GTA fun that I got from psn for 4.99 in a sale last month, that puts it ahead of time I've spent on any other console by around... 30 hours in the past month outside of watching media on either ps3/xbox

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

I find it hard to bring my PC to the toilet with me...

If the Vita had full retail BC, I would've bought one a long time ago. As is, I think I'll hold off for a while and hope whatever handheld Sony makes next has full BC with the Vita (assuming they make another handheld)...

Ps vita has enough games. It just doesn't have enough triple a games

Ltd predictions by the time 9th Gen comes out

Ps4:110million

Xbox one :75 million( was 65)

Wii u: 20 milliion

So I'm scrolling down and the only thing that has interested me so far has been the Ratchet & Clank trilogy and potential Tales of Hearts R (never played Tales)

But I generally don't like indie games, I played Hotline Miami and didn't enjoy it (free PS+ game!), played Don't Starve on PS4 and didn't like it (free PS+!) and Contrast was definitely terrible (free PS+ game!). Volume for example, I could barely get through the trailer.

And yes, there is definitely some anti indie bias for one reason or another, there are some things like Grim Fandango and Galak-Z that do interest me (I'm also half way through my recursion of Transistor, though I'm definitely not wowed by the game...)

But ultimately, what is there if you don't like indie games? This year I've played a little bit of Hotline Miami (and I guess I do have a few more PS+ games saved on the system), but mostly Final Fantasy X HD and Persona 4 Golden (now on new game+). What's next for me is a few old FF games and Tales of Heroes: Legends in the Sky (or whatever it's called). I just don't see what games I'm going to buy next unless Sony Bend have actually been working on something or Gravity Rush 2 reappears

What I'm really praying for is something from Square Enix. I don't want much more than a port of KH II.5 HD remix (I'd buy it for PS3 and Vita like I did with X/X-2 HD despite never having started X-2 HD) or maybe a port of Type 0. BBS and Crisis Core were 2 of my very favourite PSP games, but they've utterly failed Vita.

Though I guess I can't disagree with everything posted by a person with Eden Hazard as their avatar

Not sure if you ever got into it, but the Metal Slug series is really good. It's a sidescroller shoot em up like Contra but better humor and animation. The Metal Slug anthology (psp game) works really well on the vita and it comes with 7 games in the series. A nice value if you're looking for somethin to play. It's an old school difficult game.

Tell that to Minecraft

The One and Only

VizionEck.com

That's a fine list. I got my white Assassin's Creed Liberation bundle Vita a few months ago and, even though I'd love more triple-A games, I haven't been hurting for anything to play on it. Indies may not be what I want or expect, but they're enough to satisfy my investment in the device. Highly anticipating Freedom Wars.

It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P
