Forums - Gaming Discussion - WhiteBoy7thst Arrested During Live Twitch Stream

As of Sunday, 8/17/2014, YouTuber and Twitch Streamer WhiteBoy7thst was arrested while Streaming Day-Z in his home.  Alexander and Kelly (his girlfriend) were arrested and charged with drug possession of 30-500 grams of marijuana.  The story is still developing, but Kelly is going to get a charge less severe if proven guilty. However, Alexander was charged in 2011 with injectable drugs, heroin, etc.  So if Alexander is proven guilty he could serve 1-5 years in prison (Based on number of offenses)and a MAX Fine of $25,000. Court dates are set for August 18, 2014 at 1:30 P.M.  It is unknown if this was a police raid, or if the broadcaster was swatted, and they found these substances in the process, resulting in the arrests.

Never heard of the guy, but that's pretty crazy. They must have had a warrant for his arrest if they entered his home.

Five years in prison for posession of 500g of marijuana is completly retarded. I think marijuana is in fact a drug, as much as ppl want to legalise it, it is adictive and causes all sorts of troble for society when ppl stoned do crap they werent suposed to do and having alcohool legalised is enought crap to deal with but arresting someone 5 years for something this small is insane.

I just watch this man's take on it

They already had the detection dog with them so I guess it wasn't a simple swatting.

That's the law in Illinois. He's also a habitual offender.

500 - 2000g is a felony with 2 to 5 years of jail time with a fine of up to $25k.

Some laws are retarded, yes. Willingly breaking stupid laws is equally retarded.

And the 5 years aren't just for the weed. He was charged for possession of heroin earlier. So he is obviously a retard.
