I am confused. I heard from one side it is come to PS4, while other say it's like dead rising or titan fall and will be on pc and xbox , just not playstation. Is this true?

The entire point of SE/MS public relations teams was to confuse you and everyone else.
It can be interpreted in any number of ways. Only thing that is certain is XBox release, others are subject to interpretation.
It is fairly certain it's coming to PC, while PS4 is still up in the air.
My guess is that it will be a very late port in case TR3 ever gets made.

If the game is published by Microsoft kind of like the way Phil Spencer hinted then it will not come to PS4.

Microsoft has a timed exclusive deal as of now. They might choose to extend it if they can reach an agreement with Square to make it a permanent exclusive. Right now, its still up in the air.

It remains unclear, however transparently the deal is structured like the Dead Rising 3 deal. So if we use that as our blueprint we can expect the PC version ~6 months after the Xbox version. So far there is no indication of a PS4 port of Dead Rising 3, but we don't know if that is a contractual thing (most likely) or if Capcom just hasn't bothered yet. It may be say 6 months for the PC port (DR3 and Ryse were both around that before they announced the PC ports) but other consoles could just be longer rather than never.

TLDR: I would say signs point to no, at least not any time soon after. But it's not out of the question entirely.

It does certainly come to PS4. It was explictly said that they only has timed exclusivity deal, which means that after deal ends, Square can do everything with the game. And obviously, PS4 being about 2/3 of nextgen market (save for Wii U, but that doesn't matter), they will certainly publish the game on it. So it's similar to Mass Effect. The only question is when. It might be as soon, as march 2015 to release it on PS4, since timespan was only named as "holiday 2014 season". But it might be year more.

I don't really know how or why this got confusing. I just feel everyone read too much into it. Only thing that put me off was the supercilious PR report that they put up which really did nothing but piss people off.

During the Ms conference, they made it clear, Tomb Raider will be exclusive to the Xbox for "holiday season 2015" that should mean that you can expect it on other platforms anytime from February to June 2016.

They're wording it like shit on purpose, they don't wan't us to know. Now had it been permanent they probably would have told us, so I think it's coming to PS4 eventually.

It's a timed exclusive release for Xbone and PC and will come to Ps4 most likely the next year.
