I disagree, mainly because I expect a pricecut/ Halo holiday for 2015 and the system to really get going in the States/ UK.

I see a lot of doom and gloom for XBone, but I'm not that bullish on it. MCC, Halo 5, Gears collection, Gears 4 will certainly do big numbers. I also wouldn't be surprised to see more exclusive deals with 3rd party a la TR. Is MS and Xbox are going to sell that horribly, they'll do so swinging hard.

Those countries will do little and I already gave the Xbox One an unfair advantage. As I said, I'm actually expecting 12-13m, so 15.5 is generous. The regular math, assuming next year will be the same as this, would give us 11m.

Nope sorry TC your wrong. Halo 5 will be a blockbuster and end of 2015, xbox one will begin beating ps4 in US/UK with halo bundle/possible price cut.

end of 2014 - ps4 15 million

end of 2015 - xbox 18-19 million

everybody here is seriously underestimating halo. it one of the biggest franchises in gaming, and all the people who have waited to get a console so far, will do so in 2015, especially the large number of halo fans.

yeah ps4 has uncharted 4, but Halo is way more popular in US/UK and thus, xbox will get a major boost holiday 2015 and begin to take the lead in us/uk from ps4.

if a gears collection is released/announced then xbox one will have a strong recovery and begin to dominate NA while ps4 still will lead worldwide.
