Care to explain what your source is for this:

"97% of all scientists agree that climate change is due to human action"

Maybe your right, but can you list a reference for your statement?

http://climate.nasa.gov/scientific-consensus/

That's from NASA, but here's an article posted just 3 days ago from Salon http://www.salon.com/2014/08/11/yet_another_study_confirms_the_overwhelming_scientific_consensus_on_climate_change/

It changes between 97 and 98. Either way.

Ok, I agree with those references....

The question is: What do we do about this?  Do we stop driving our cars?  Do we stop using electricity?

I for one, believe we should transistion from burning pure gasoline in our cars to driving cars that either run on batteries or run on E85, a fuel that is 15% gasoline and 85% ethanol.  Also,  we should extend tax incentives, and low interest loans to companies building wind and solar farms.  Lastly,  we should fully fund advanced research into projects like ITER.  What say you?

I don't have a full answer sadly, I'm not too well versed in how to solve the climate change problem. But I believe that switching to green energy sources is a major step.

Why ?

Because I think governments have made it up, and will introduce carbon taxes as an excuse to stop climate change.

I have a feeling you believe in Chemtrails too.

How do governments make it up when they actually don't give a damn about it but instead most of their resources are spent on military ?

Yes you're right! I see them everyday in the sky. You can see much more in the populated areas like in downtown and they don't disappear for a couple of hours!

Their resources are spent on the military, who then go invade other countries and steal their resouces.

Then why do they make up something that go against themselves?

And about chemtrails why do they waste valuable chemicals on people who they don't even care about in the first place?

Eventually I think humans will leave this planet, that's not some sci-fi fantasy, it just seems inevitable. The Earth won't sustain humanity forever, we'll have to branch out.

In another 200-300 years our technology will be incredible, look at how far we've come in the last 120 years alone.

You mentioned that you don't believe in climate change I think you meant Human made climate change

Even if we as humans do not do anything at all Climate change does happen. like I said in the OP a cloud doesn't randomly pop out for no reason and then goes back. Nature change and we're at the point where the Ice age is still "Melting" we will go into another age after it.

We as humans are effecting our atmosphere just as much as the nature and other animals affect us. I don't think we should blame ourselves for everything that happens. We as animals are going to adapt to the climate changes like how we are adapting right this second (its freaking hot in my hometown compared to 20 years back, they can't live without ACs anymore.)

Climate change is natural. You can't and won't stop it.

And always remember; the Earth is finite, the human species is potentially infinite.
