I don't have photo shop and I really don't know how to upgrade photos, but I would really appreciate if someone can help me update a photo I need for credible purposes?

This is the photo I need updated to HD as clear colored as possible and highest resolution would be nice! Thank you!

Thank you for the repost, but the image is not clear.. If you zoom in you'll notice the image is blurry. This is my issue I can't seem to solve

It looks like you could vectorize it. If it looks good then you can make it as big as you want without losing quality.

i could take a stab at it if nobody else is going to.

but please stop calling it a photo.

Yeah, you have to vectorize it if you want sharp. I thought you just needed an upscale, and this is the best I could do just upscaling it, now I feel like a fool.

Do we really need to go into the differences between photos and pictures?
