Forums - Gaming Discussion - Why is February so crowded?

What are you prioritising?

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt 58 37.42%

Batman: Arkham Knight 38 24.52%

Evolve 9 5.81%

The Order: 1886 46 29.68%

Dying Light 4 2.58%

Total:155

Nothing for me more releases plz.

Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.

Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say a lot of these will be delayed.

"I think it will be the HDS"-Me in regards to Nintendo's next handheld.

Cause publishers are so stupid,i guess one or two games will be moved di march or push back to genuary...so crowd month hurts pretty hard the weaker games or the new IPs(excluding the order which is a exclusive game)...
Anyway a new release every week doesnt sound so bad, does it?

I'm guessing the Order honestly it's a new IP and has gotten some negative press.  A push to March would help a lot I think just to give it some mindshare.  I realize it already got delayed but so did Batman and I don't think a month will really get people up in arms.

Publishers afraid of crowded holiday quarter pushed games back and if you are doing that might as well go on to February as seems few games bother with January.

So they pushed it back into another crowded month?

Indeed. By delaying to avoid crowded landscape they create another. I do wonder if one of these titles slides to March or April.

I only really want one of those on release so it isn't too bad for me. I guess in general it does seem like Feb is the go-to month for delays.

e=mc^2

Gaming on: PS4 Pro, Switch, SNES Mini, Wii U, PC (i5-7400, GTX 1060)

I would not be surprised if one or two those were delayed further. Batman is the big one for me but "Evolve" "The Order" and maybe "Dying Light" are on my list as well. Pretty loaded month as it stands, though.

Waiting to see more on The Order so I might get it. I like how the game looks with its amazing art style but im not convinced in the gameplay yet. Will get arkham knight some time later when get the time and money. Witcher 3 looks really cool to but again dpends on time and money.

the order on ps4 and witcher on pc and this is, maybe batman but not sure at all.

I cant really decide what i want more out of The Order, The Witcher, Batman and Evolve. Im gonna get them all day one including Dying Light which looks great as well.
