No, not even Nintendo expect 10m (shipped) end of the year (and they have over estimated home console sales for about 6 years running)

How many new Wii U consoles were sold to consumers from when Mario Kart 8 was released until now?    Nintendo only releases units shipped, not sold through. 

The Wii U hasn't actually sold 6.8 million units to the consumer, most of that is shipped.  Only Sony has been releasing sold through numbers.
