I would say its possible, but itll be a challenge for sure. 16 is more likely probably. it really depends on how big the destiny boost is. Which i predict will be pretty massive. Some people may be surprised with how many destiny bundles sell lol

15 million seems most likely, perhaps 16 million.

But 17 million feels just out of reach

sells around 400-600k (Excluding Holiday sales which can double it) a month with four months left it should cross 11Mil mark

I'm saying all year PS4 will finish the year around 16-18 mill, so yes, I think it probably will cross 17 mill.

PS4 will cross the 10 mill units around Destiny's launch. I expect 2 more million between September-October and for the Holiday season, Nov-Dec, I expect 5 million, at least. I basically expect 7 mill from September 1 to December 31. For the record, last year at launch, PS4 sold 4'2 mill from Nov 15 to Dec 31....

I seriouly think that those estimations are conservative. I won't be surprised if in the end it cross 18m.....but my bet is around 16-17 mill right now.

Since i personally look at shipped numbers yeah 17 million is possible. Wished so would have put more effort in Japan though.

PS4 probably has already shipped 10 mill right now (more than 7m by april+2'5-3m last quarter), so if we are counting shipments, 18-19 mill shipments by end of the year is not out of the reach for me....

The playstation aready shiped 9.5-10m as end of june and sold about 9.5m by now.  So playstation will only sell 3 million in next 5 month form Aug-dec 31??

It won't happen.. The PS4 will most likely sell 14m/15m by the end of this year!

By the end of the fiscal year? Yeah, I believe it can reach 17 million, maybe a fair bit more. End of the calendar year, I don't think it can muster that.
