Forums - Politics Discussion - Iraq: Hell has broken out here and nobody cares

Wasn't it always hell in Iraq? Is it heller?

I will pray for their safety. As a christian myself this pains me a lot, I cannot even imagine how terrible this is.
I will pray first that the Iraq christians keep their faith, even in face of death. And also for their security.
These martyrs that died yesterday are champions of Jesus Christ and shall feast with the Lord in Heaven.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

I was going to make an Israel/Palestine comment about how hypocrite people are, but I will not. May all those who lost their lives rest in peace.

i read they captured the mosul dam, they could really fuck shit up. its really sad what has happened to iraq.

I am Torgo, I take care of the place while the master is away.

"Hes the clown that makes the dark side fun.. Torgo!"

Ha.. i won my bet, but i wasnt around to gloat because im on a better forum!  See ya guys on Viz

I may not be able to do much, but those who are suffering needlessly (whether it be in Iraq, Gaza, or elsewhere) are in my thoughts and prayers.

Religion is the scourge of the earth.

90% of the time it causes suffering. It might sound bad but if people stopped preying for each other as much and actually helped all of these countries would not be in such a mess. Also these countries need to help themselves instead of screaming for help from more powerful nations then screaming bullies afterwards.

the situation is simply catastrophic

ASIS is basically a mad man and a regimen of zealots which no other terrorist organization would even remotely affiliate with. They are scum among scum. And they are expanding from the mess in syria filling the social and political void in the region the way mafias do.

Yes its very sad. I have to say though, these terrorists aren't just random unskilled men with weapons. They look highly trained and seem to have many powerful weapons at their disposal. I find it very hard to believe than an army of 1 million soldiers can collapse so easily against some terrorist group with just twenty thousand soldiers. Clearly they are very strong and are being backed by some very powerful people.

And unfortunately these mass killings will continue. Only 2% of Iraq is Christian, but what's more worrying is that 65% of their country is Shia, and these terrorists think people of any other faith other than Sunni Islam need to be killed. Very bad times for the people of Iraq.
