Forums - Website Topics - Help: VGChartz on Android Question

Does anyone here browse VGChartz on Android? Are you able to see your vgc buddy, ie your recent threads on the left? If so, how did you do it? I try to zoom out in Chrome-Android, but it stops right before where the vgc buddy would be.

It's definitely not the phone (Note 3); it's higher res than my laptop, which was only 1366x768 yet wide enough to view the vgc buddy.

In my phone vgchartz buddy also doesn't show up, both on google chrome and the default browser. It may be that android phone browsers are not able to handle the constant movement that vgchartz buddy does when one scrolls down the page.

Doesn't show up on Windows phone or Vita either as far as I've been able to tell. This site is just not meant for mobile.

No buddy, sorry. I browse this site all the time, it just doesn't work.

I just have my bookmark set to "My topics"page to see everything there, but that's not ideal either.

Doesn't work on iOS either.

It's cuz Chrome thinks the website is only as wide as the main white region in the middle. It won't let the site NOT fill your phone width-wise.

Try zooming out with this pic. It's always touching your screen edges no matter how much you zoom out. http://images.nationalgeographic.com/wpf/media-live/photos/000/687/cache/bonobo-congo-ziegler_68751_990x742.jpg

Buddy doesn't work on droids. I think no mobile version of the site enables it. Maybe if you discover how to open it on classic. At least we save some bandwidht this way.

Tried it on the desktop version, it still does not work.

Nope the buddy is in a minus margin.. -680px.. hench rendering it useless on smaller screens.. try to view it on a non-widescreen monitor and it will be cut off..
