I thought the domestic abuse one was also a good uplifting moment too

I was really expecting something new for Age of Ultron or Ant Man or Star Wars but oh well.

I watched them only in the first half, and those selectively, and I must say that I have rarely seen so many shitty pointless commercials as last night.

Budweiser with the dog and a horse was the stupidest by a mile, Microsoft was stupud but at least it had some connection to their business, and some were just embarassing like Kim Kardashian or Nationwide with that terminally unfunny Indian woman.

Glad I went to sleep so I can skip over Katy Perry and the rest of the ads.

Katy Perry is now my most disliked SB Halftime ever. Just redonkulous.

Can't say I'm not happy with who won. Dat fight tho, and play failure. This was supposed to be professional sports?

Oh, and I loved the Danny Trejo/Steve Buscemi ad, the Walter White ad, and the "Ahhhh!" TV spot near the end.

that was cool but I'm not any more excited than I was which is reasonably.  So basically it couldn't have been that great based on my before and after lol but it does look like it's going to be a slaughterfest.  After that Furious 7 trailer I feel like all the biggest action sequences have been spoiled now.  I enjoy those movies for what they are but seriously they've revealed so many moments in the trailers

"Until 2007?" Let's keep in mind here that the act of video taping from the location that they were video taping from didn't even become illegal until 2006 anyway; meaning that at best, you could convict the Patriots of cheating during the 2006 season and 1 quarter of the first game of the 2007 season. The only reason this is considered such a big deal is because the Boston Herald published an article claiming that the Patriots had taped the Rams' defensive walkthroughs before the 2001 Super Bowl, which turned out to be false and was retracted by the Herald later on. So as far as Spygate goes, you have evidence of video taping from a certain location which wasn't even illegal until after the Patriots won the last of their 3 Super Bowls. Congratulations; at best, you've shown that the Patriots' 2006 AFC Championship run might be suspicious and literally nothing else.

As for the footballs being deflated, two things. First off, 10 out of the 11 deflated footballs weren't even significantly below the 12.5 lower limit; meaning that while Belichick's explanation may not hold true if the balls were 2 PSI below the legal limit, it may very well hold true for the lower amount that they were (whatever that was, we still have no details). Beyond all that, though, the referees didn't even log the football PSI before the game; meaning that there's no official record that the footballs were even in the legal range to begin with.

Basically, anyone attempting to pin anything on New England for Deflategate has nothing but speculation to go on at best at this point. If you're going to whine about cheating; at least wait until the official findings are published.

except it was illegal because the NFL fined them and took away a draft pick.  What did they punish them for nothing lol.  Hell even Bob Ryan a Boston sports writer who is naturally more biased towards the Patriots acknowledges Spygate and of course the original legacy tainter the tuck rule play which didn't even apply since Brady had his hand back on the ball before the fumble occured.  Forever tainted in any objective person's mind.  They're the White Sox of our generation.

Because, as I mentioned before, the act of video taping from that location was illegal during the 2006 season and the first game of 2007. They were fined for breaking the rules then. I certainly won't debate that they broke rules at some point; but your argument that "lol all the super bowls are tainted" when the only thing we have proof of them doing was actually LEGAL during their 3 Super Bowl runs is beyond silly.

ANNOUNCEMENT - Super Bowl Winner of the Prediction League

The New England Patriots won 28-24 against the Seattle Seahawks, so amp316 wins the playoff round of the prediction league on the back of his NE by 3 prediction. Normally there would be formal congratulations and all that jazz, but we skip that part because of the hate mail earlier this week. Be happy that you didn't get disqualified. I hope you'll return for next year's prediction league to defend your title. You know that you are always welcome here.

...

NinjaBlade360 wins the final of playoff bracket B with a perfect NE by 4 prediction. Congratulations and thanks for sticking around until the very end.

So that's it, huh?  It looks like I'm the Super Bowl Champion.  Woo-hoo!  I won and all of that.   I'm the best.

I know what some of you guys are saying.  You're saying that I have an ego, but let's look at the facts.  I am the only VGChartz member to win the VGChartz Super Bowl and The Greatest User Contest.  I can humbly state that this has to make me undoubtedly the greatest VGhartz member of all time.  What can I say?  Give it up for me!
