Eh the Eagles are just like the Bengals, they make the playoffs just to lose the first match.

The Bengals should win at least one playoff game unless they have to play the Chargers in their first playoff game.

Nah, I'm with NobleTeam. Some teams just ain't playoff material. See: Athletics, Oakland; Sharks, San Jose.

Now this is a sack!!!

I'm very proud of the Redskins for not getting shut out. They have now met my expectations

If the Redskins pull off an upset, then all Seahawks and Redskins fans will be banned for week 6.

Well luckily the Seahawks just scored

And the Redskins blow their chance for a chance at getting the ball back

Something I've considered for a couple of weeks now, are people interested in bottom half playoffs for the postseason? This wasn't possible in 2012 when we only managed to have 14 eligible players, neither was it in 2013 when we finished with 18. This year, however, there are still 30+ players on board after week 5, so a just-for-fun contest for those who miss out on a prestigious playoff spot is up for debate. These playoffs would be recorded in the spreadsheet on a separate sheet, but you wouldn't be able to claim a prediction league title; so just something that makes the NFL playoffs more interesting as a best-of-the-rest kind of thing.

In order to be eligible, players must have not missed more than 32 regular season games. As it stands right now, #17 through #32 could participate. Playoffs are run with an even number of players, so if there would be only 15 players who meet the first condition at the end of the season, then the number of playoff spots would be reduced to 14. If the number of eligible players drops below 8, then the whole thing dies. 8 is the absolute minimum it takes to make me run such playoffs.

Any input is appreciated.

I'd say yes, but I'd be really surprised if enough people stick around by the end of Week 17. I think there will be a ton of dropoff once folks start feeling like they can't win it.
