The stream work works great. Me myself, I will be waiting for the Subscription option to be announced. The current prices are unacceptable.
I'll wait for a Netflix style service or a massive price reduction, i'll rent a game for 60 days for $4.99 tops, and that's being generous. I'll pay max $34.99 per month (very very very max) for a netflix like style to this also. But glad to see it is working okay.
Thanks jlmurph!

for a brand new game you'll never get that price. for fucks sake,. red box the cheapest of the cheap rental options is a dollar a day.

O_o
No way it'll ever be that cheap. It cost $8/week to rent games from brick and mortar stores. No way will it ever be less than that for 2 months.
I was on the service yesterday and it is actually very impressive. Granted I only paid for a 4 hour session of Darksiders because i am a little scared of the prices (some are more than $4 for 4 hours: yikes). I am very much waiting for the subscription plan. The libarary is more diverse than I anticipated which impressed me thoroughly. This streaming srvice might actually be very profitable please Sony just change the price.
I've tried some of the free games, which are mostly poor quality games, but the streaming itself seems to work well.

$2/day for games actually.
iPhone = Great gaming device. Don't agree? Who cares, because you're wrong.
Currently playing:
Final Fantasy VI (iOS), Final Fantasy: Record Keeper (iOS) & Dragon Quest V (iOS)
There were some free games in the closed beta when I tried it last week, but it was stuff like Jimmy Johnson Racing and hunting games. They may not be on there now that the open beta has started.
