The makers of Age of Wushu take on the MOBA genre.

 Snail Games, one of China’s biggest developers, has announced that it will be bringing its martial arts MOBA King of Wushu to Xbox One.

The game, which was previously announced for PC, is a sequel to Age of Wushu. It's martial arts oriented, and will take place in ancient China during a time of upheaval after the death of an emperor.

The battle arena will feature five-against-five matches, with the traditional formula of defending your home base while attempting to destroy your opponent’s. There will be six playable characters, and the world will be entirely 3D.

What makes it unique from other MOBAs is its third-person view and use of an action combat system, which allows players to dodge, jump, and use attack combos.

Little else is known about this game as it is still in the early stages of development. Keep it locked to IGN as new details emerge. In the meantime check out our review for Age of Wushu.

what does this have to do with AoW? developed by the same people and taking into account AoW's limitations it looks very similar, why did i never heard of this? where's the rest of the info?

Looks interesting, I would buy it. Actually, I will buy it when it releases.
