TLOUR 500k fw and 2M LT
Ps4 sell 200k on launch week and back to 120k baseline in 4th week.
Yes I feel bold.

In the grand scheme of things TLOUR will have effectively zero influence on hardware sales. A single week lift that is larger than the usual weekly fluctuations. 150K max for launch week then back to normal.

Are you saying that if the PS4 gets an upward fluctuation and sells around 150k (max), it will be completely coincidental?

The PS5 Exists.

the preorders are already at 132,000 a week ago , so my take in the usa is 250-300,000 the 1st week a million world wide.

yea 150k a week for the first little while, then it will drop back to what its at now pretty fast. It's not a game that will push many consoles. They've been marketing it as their core title for the year so it should push something, just not much.

Overall sales of the game will be around 1 million

no, he is saying the sub 50k boost is going to be nothing compared to the tens of millions the system will end up selling.

I probably should have asked the GS clerk what kind of numbers they were handling at their shop. Negligible sample, even for a major metro region, but better than nothing. I took advantage of the $25 trade in even though I never sell games.

They had quite a few copies for a GS location. Apparently they took quite a few pre-sales since that was the first thing the clerk asked.
